These are some of the questions people most frequently ask us:

I purchased a course but didn’t create an account - what’s my login?

When you purchase a product from us, an account is automatically created using the email address associated with your purchase. You should receive an email with the login information and a temporary password that can be changed after your first log in. When purchasing additional products, these will be added to your existing account, so be sure to use the same email address with each purchase!

This course was supposed to come with downloadable resources - where are they?

All downloadable content is below the videos in the individual lessons.

I need to cancel my Small Farm University membership.

No worries! SFU Members can cancel at any time. Please submit a support ticket by clicking the “?” button at the bottom of this page to request your cancellation.

What’s your refund policy?

Refund requests are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date for one time purchases. Subscriptions such as  Small Farm University can be cancelled at any time, however no refunds are granted for past subscription payments. Some courses may have separate refund policies, in which case the policy linked to that course applies.

Do your courses have information that can be applied outside of the US?

Definitely! We focus on techniques and methods that can be applied in many parts of the world. There will be select lessons that relate to support from US agencies.   We do our best to provide information on sourcing and suppliers for US, Canada, and other nations as we are able.
